The House

The house is ideal for families as it has a large kitchen, two sitting rooms, two fully fitted bathrooms and accommodation for up to 8 people.

The house has been fully renovated, with gas-fired central heating throughout and settees and armchairs in two rooms.

On the ground floor there is a hallway, living room and large kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas hob and electric oven.

On the first floor there is a large sitting room with bay window and view to the sea, with TV, DVD, Hi-fi and video. There are also two fully fitted bathrooms and a double bedroom with washbasin.

On the second floor there is a double bedroom, and two bedrooms both with a bunk bed.

The Area

Maynard House is a listed three-storey house in the heart of the old fishing town of Cromer. Tucker Street overlooks the pier, promenade and crab boats. Opposite the house steps lead down to the promenade, beach and fishing boats. It is well positioned between the church, museum and Red Lion Hotel.

The beach, pier and town facilities are on the doorstep without the need for a car. Within 20 minutes Cromer is accessible to Norwich, the Broads and the extensive saltmarshes and sand dunes of the north Norfolk coast.
